Inspiration & lineage
My work does not arise from certainty, but from lived inquiry.
For a long time, I searched outside myself – following advice, good intentions and systemic truths. In my thirties, that search turned inward. What started as a personal reckoning slowly turned into a body of work shaped by experience, reflection, and integration.
Along the way, many voices crossed my path. Not as answers, but as mirrors. Not as authorities, but as an ignition for my ability to unravel existing patterns. Their perspectives helped sharpen my discernment – not by adopting their truths, but by discovering and creating my own.
Family and close relationships played a grounding role in this process. They offered me presence, resilience, and continuity when my inner world was shifting.
Quotes, books and teachings function for me as coat hangers: temporary structures that help insight land and remain accessible. This is why each essay carries a quote – not as doctrine, but as resonance. Something to hold the essence of a text lightly.
What you find on this website is not a collection of borrowed truths, but a distillation. A voice shaped through exposure, lived through the body, and written from agency.
