This text is part of my ongoing reflection on self-awareness, emotional patterns, and conscious growth.
Cats have been around people for a very long time. They are mentioned in folklore as well as history and these days we all know them as our loving domesticated pets. The Egyptians loved cats. Of course, they kept mice and pests at bay, which was a nice and practical advantage of owning a cat, but they even had a cat goddess named Bastet. She was honored in the region of Bubastis and during these times cats were even mummified. Some of these mummy cats showed bruises and broken bones which appeared to demonstrate that these cats were sacrificed in order to call in some sort of deity.
In the 60s the CIA researched cats as possible spies.
They thought people would not notice cats and that they could be placed near important conversations without attracting attention. They would place a microphone in their ears and they named this project “Acoustic Kitty”. But cats are cats and they do not abide by anyone. In other words, the cats did whatever the f*ck they wanted and so this project was deemed unsuccessful. But let’s hold on to this thought for the purpose of this text and let’s move on to folklore.
Many of us can vividly visualize the image of a witch accompanied by a black cat. And these cats were not just their pets. They were called ‘familiars’ and they were seen as spiritual helpers. On top of that, the cat could be possessed by demonic entities. And this is where it gets interesting. These cats were not only able to help the witch in her endeavors, but they were able to execute commands and communicate with their owner by supernatural means. And then there are stories taking us even further back to the Greco-Roman era. Hecate was associated with cats and she was the goddess of magic, crossroads, the night and the underworld.
This kind of information is presented to us these days as fantasy.
But ask yourself this question. Why would so many different groups of people worship cats and give them such a high rank in their version of history? Were these people stupid or were they on to something? I have owned many cats in my life, and I have loved them all dearly. As I have mentioned before, each of them has their own unique character, and here are some things that cat owners will recognize about them: cats do whatever they want, they stare at seemingly nothing and they can look at you like they’re trying to tell you something. They can even act in order for you to pay attention. Smart creatures indeed.
As you well know I am only interested in patterns
so I started thinking about the role that all the cats have played in my life.
During my great depression, when I was 31 years old, I was living all by myself. I always wanted an animal, but due to my built up self-hatred, I never allowed myself such a pleasure. But when I found myself in this grave situation and I was depressed all by myself, I finally decided it was time for some company. And so I visited the city’s animal shelter. My mom and my sister went there with me and I was chosen by a cat. Yes, you heard me, the cat chose me.
There was only one thing for me to do and so I took him home
and named him Genghis after the great warrior.
Genghis and I were a team. He made me laugh through all the hardship and because of him I did not feel lonely. I nicknamed him my savior, because he helped me through this depression. In the COVID days I moved to another country and there I experienced many walk-ins by cats. We were living in the countryside and cats just showed up at our doorstep. And who am I to say no to such a lovely animal? And so we took them all in.
Some of them stayed while others left at some point in time. And alas, many died. They either died in traffic or from illnesses contracted through fights and the like. Many times over my heart was broken. I would be crying like a wolf on the streets after finding one of my cats on the side of the road. And then in the year 2025 I ended up having to bury eleven animals in one year. It broke my heart in two. Each and every animal I lost created a tear within my heart. The number was so high and so significant that I could not help but overthink this situation. And I noticed something in a previous conversation with my sister on WhatsApp, dating back to 2024.
One thing you need to understand about satanism is
that they are allowed to do whatever they want to you,
inflict danger and what not, as long as they show you first.
It is relevant as I have demonstrated before when my sister showed me her voodoo dolls. And so I already knew she was into this type of thing and it made me wonder. In this particular case, I searched back for her texts and it said something like this: “Don’t get paranoid, but the Egyptians used cats as handlers, spies, and this is how they (the enemy I suppose) obtain your passwords and how they know all your weaknesses.”
Well, isn’t that a weird thing to say
in the year before eleven animals had left my life?
Eleven animals no longer feels like a coincidence, wouldn’t you say? So what did my sister do to my cats? Were they spying on me and for what purpose? Why would my own sister even want to spy on me you might ask? But like I said before, this is the same sister that is performing voodoo and witchcraft on me. And it is because she lacks accountability. She cannot look at herself if only for one minute. Her whole life is focused on the people around her and she annoyingly wants to have the upper hand in any conversation. She wants to win, because she thinks there can only be one winner and all the while she is afraid that I turn out to be that winner.
And maybe I am the winner. In any case, I am still here.
The earliest use of the term ‘copycat’ is often traced to a memoir titled ‘Bar Harbor Days’ by Constance Cary Harrison in 1887. She wrote “Our boys say you are a copy cat, if you write in anything that’s been already printed.” And I can’t help but wonder whether my sister is trying to copy my life. She must be so annoyed by my presence. Why else would you be obsessed with ruining your little sister’s life up to the point where you start using black magic and voodoo to try to hurt me?
Mind you, I was living alone at the time of my first cat. It is now clear to me that they wanted eyes on me at all times, because they want control over me. I know, it’s hard to fathom. Only a month ago this was all gibberish to me too. But there is an undeniable pattern at play and I cannot ignore these alarm bells. It just goes to show how precious my energy supply really is. And in order to protect my own energy, I must become aware of all their practices.
And so I have found that witchcraft is a part of our reality
as opposed to some fantasy we can read about in fairytales.
My own family tried to dismantle me through the one thing I love so dearly, animals. Were they trying to call in deities like the old Egyptians? Very clever indeed. Too bad I have good memory and I can string all their bullshit to form a chain. A chain where they tell me who they are and show me what they are planning to do. And in hindsight it turns out that they were not lying to me. Just like the car accident she wished for me (and that I endured a few days later), I cannot help but wonder whether she somehow caused the deaths of my cats from a distance. It just goes to show that she will do anything to lower my frequency.
And I can’t help but wonder what her next plan will be?
How far is this witch willing to go?
